The Ministry of Construction and Architecture of the Republic of Bashkortostan is a republican body of executive power, which within its competence performs branch administration in the sphere of construction, architecture, town-planning, housing policy, manufacture of construction materials, products and structures and mastering new technologies in construction industry.

The Ministry shall comply with the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the Constitution of the Republic of Bashkortostan, federal constitutional laws, federal laws and the laws of the Republic of Bashkortostan, decrees and orders of the President of the Russian Federation, decrees and orders of the Head of the Republic of Bashkortostan, decrees and orders of the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan, other normative legal acts and the present Regulations. The Ministry carries out its activity in cooperation with federal executive bodies, public authorities of the Republic of Bashkortostan, local self-government bodies, organizations and public associations.



Project Management Institute is a leading nonprofit professional association in the field of project management, founded in 1969, which currently brings together more than 650,000 members and certified specialists in 200 countries.

The Ufa branch of PMI Moscow Chapter was created in 2010 and since then it regularly holds various non-profit events related to development of project management competences in the region. The Ufa Branch acts in the interests of PMI Moscow Chapter, International Project Management Institute (PMI) and in the interests of PMI Moscow Chapter members in Bashkortostan.

The Moscow Branch of PMI is a non-commercial organization which is aimed at sharing experience, knowledge and skills of Project Managers who are members of the Branch, developing their professionalism in project management through certification programs (CAPM, PMP, PgMP) and striving for recognition and appreciation of the Project Manager profession in Russia.

PMI today unites professionals involved in project management from a wide range of industries, including IT, telecommunications, manufacturing, construction, public administration, consulting, finance, banking, pharmaceuticals, automotive, healthcare and others. PMI develops standards in various areas of project management, conducts conferences and seminars, educational programs, and professional certification, which are becoming increasingly attractive to project management professionals and organizations.
